If you would like to make a return, please request one within 7 days of product arrival—this includes weekends. To request a return, go to the Contact tab on our website to send us a message with "Return Request" in the Subject line.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returns.
All returned products must arrive unused or in the same condition as initially shipped by Preux Valley™ and received by the customer. If there is any damage to the product, the refund request will be denied.
Should there be no discrepancies, a refund will be issued upon reception of the returned product.
